Helpful Planting Information

Below are some helpful charts relating to companion and succession planting. 


Companion planting is planting two or more plants near each other that take up different (or complimentary) nutrients from the soil so as not to deprive any bed of any one nutrient group. As you'll see below, plants are grouped into "families," and planting too many plants from the same family near each other or directly after each other is generally not a good idea.
